The following privacy policy outlines the efforts of Annie Mackenzie Consulting LLC (“AMC”; including website and blog content, social media content, online products and programs, or 1:1 or group coaching or consulting services) to collect, use, and protect data of any individual or organization wishing to engage with its content, products, and services (“Sponsor”).

By engaging with or purchasing items from AMC, Sponsor is agreeing to the privacy policies outlined in this document, which may change at any time without notice. If Sponsor does not agree with these privacy policies, they should not engage with AMC. The parties agree to the following:

Data Collection

AMC may collect the following Sponsor data as they engage with or enter into purchase agreements with AMC: a) Identifying information such as, but not limited to, name and email address; b) IP address; c) Additional information provided by Sponsor through social media chats and engagements, website engagements, surveys and online forms, email correspondence, or virtual interactions via phone or Zoom.

Data Collection Purpose and Privacy

All data collected by AMC is intended to be used for: a) Service and product improvement purposes; b) Understanding and supporting Sponsor needs; c) To correspond with Sponsor; and d) To understand aggregate data on individual and organization engagements with AMC’s content, products, and services. Individual data collected by AMC from Sponsors will be kept confidential to the greatest extent possible.

AMC may share links to third-party sites. AMC is not held responsible for Sponsor’s experience on those sites, or for Sponsor’s data and privacy protection once clicking on third-party links.

Cookie Policy

By engaging with AMC online sites and services, Sponsor agrees to AMC’s cookie policy: AMC website collects data about Sponsor’s online behavior (pages visited, time spent on pages, etc.) using cookies. Sponsor can disable cookies through their personal settings on their computer’s internet browser.

When you visit our website, log in, register or open an email, cookies, ad beacons, and similar technologies may be used by our online data partners or vendors to associate these activities with information they or others have about you, including your email address.
