A letter from our founder
As a 20-something fresh out of college, I got my first job and started making $26,000. It didn't take me long to realize that 1) the job wasn't for me, and 2) that salary wasn't going to get me very far.
So, I spent the next 15 years learning everything I could about career growth, personal finance, and how to build wealth. As a 30-something, I now have a 7-figure net worth and run my dream business helping other women reach their biggest money goals.
I founded Money Essentials for Women because I believe women need more than just a financial advisor to be successful - they need a career coach, a business coach, a budgeting expert, a retirement expert. Money Essentials is a place where you can get all of your money questions answered, from 'Can I keep using TurboTax forever?' to 'Help me prep for a salary negation' and 'Help me get my consulting business off the ground'.
