Jaime spent 20+ years building, growing, and transforming service delivery teams within 10+ tech organizations. Starting as an Internet consultant in the Bay Area, she navigated her way to land service and customer success executive leadership roles. She became an expert in service packaging, placement, and promotion, making the intangible tangible. In 2018, Jaime launched the Career Agility System to fulfill her purpose of working with professionals and businesses to unlock breakthroughs by uncovering insights to make the intangible tangible. She takes the perspective that professionals provide services to others and leverages her service packaging expertise to develop personal brands. 

Jaime is an original co-founder of the Alliance of Technology and Women (ATW) based in Dallas, Texas. In 2002 she launched the secondary school girls in tech program GREAT MINDS, which continues to thrive today. Outside of the office, Jaime is active in the East Dallas community and her boys’ middle school. Lastly, she holds a computer science degree from Harvard University focused on AI.
